Kindergarten has an action packed
month ahead. We are continuing our study of letters, sounds and making
words as well as learning to read the number words from 0-10! We are also
learning about the Saints in preparation for All Saints Day on November 1.
We will be
going on two field trips this month. The first will be to the fire station
for Fire Safety week. We will be learning about fire safety and
experiencing what a real fire fighter wears and does during their day. The
second will be on October 26th. We are going to the Camp
Lakeside Pumpkin Patch with our Dads for hayrides, picking pumpkins,
learning about how pumpkins grow, and a Halloween craft. We will also be
having a hotdog lunch and roasting marshmallows by the lake. We can’t
wait!!
Kindergarten will be having their annual Halloween Parade and
activities on October 31st.
