Age and Immunization Requirements
Children entering kindergarten and first grade must be five (5) years and six years of age, respectively, of age by September 1st , per the state of Georgia and Florida Catholic Conference guidelines.
The Georgia Immunization Form and Eye, Ear, Dental Form will be required upon acceptance, as will the child’s birth and Baptismal certificates.
Placement testing
All new students will be tested to ensure that the curriculum offered at St. Mary on the Hill will accommodate the child’s full potential and that he or she will be placed in the correct grade. Grade placement may be at the grade entering or below. Testing will be arranged once an application for admission has been received and it is determined that space is available for the student. Copies of the student's latest report card and any previous standardized testing will be required at that time.
The testing fee is $50 per child.
